Notification must be made prior to the return of any goods within 30 days of despatch.
Errors in despatch must be notified within 7 days.
Unless faulty, all goods returned must be received in the same condition as despatched from Tubeclip Ltd.
Goods that have been clearly used or marked cannot be accepted for credit.
A 10% administration charge will apply together with any carriage cost for return to Tubeclip.
